do onto others is the golden rule of life, but the golden rule of fashion is this, "if it looks better on someone else, it's theirs." i follow the spirit, nay, letter of this law. countless family members, friends, goodwill frequenters, and house breakers have undoubtedly benefited from my conformity. sadly, every once in a while, a chap will come along and refuse to comply. ms maddie murphy (real teacher!) is one such automaton.it's cold in chile. yes, their winter is in june, but with the earth's willy nilly axis-tilting-gravitational force nonsense, that actually means its legitimate christmas (looking) in july. us voluntarios have been warned no less than many times to pack appropriately. i've been looking for an agreeable winter jacket, but my search was in vain - the abrigo found me in my own room! ms maddie pulled out her gorgeous vintage north face and a match was made! sadly, she refuses to believe in the serendipity; therefore, the clash of titans has arrived onto the internets.
who does the jacket want? you decide whether or not ms maddie (real teacher!) should comply with the aforementioned golden rule of fashion. no poll will matter more in 2008 (to the left, to the left).
